Организацию работы бригады . Координация деятельности фельдшеров, контроль за выполнением должностных обязанностей, планирование работы бригады, обеспечение её укомплектованности необходимым оборудованием, лекарственными препаратами и другим имуществом. Оказание скорой медицинской помощи в экстренной и неотложной формах вне медицинской организации. Включает проведение обследования пациентов для выявления заболеваний или состояний, требующих срочного медицинского вмешательства, установление предварительного диагноза, проведение мероприятий для стабилизации или улучшения состояния пациента. Определение медицинских показаний и противопоказаний для вмешательств . Назначение и применение лекарственных препаратов (включая наркотические и психотропные), медицинских изделий с учётом действующих порядков оказания медицинской помощи, клинических рекомендаций и стандартов. Медицинская эвакуация пациента при наличии медицинских показаний. Во время транспортировки проводятся мероприятия по мониторингу жизненно важных функций и оказанию помощи в экстренной и неотложной формах. Медицинская сортировка пациентов и установление последовательности оказания помощи при массовых заболеваниях, травмах или иных состояниях. Оценка результатов медицинских вмешательств . Анализ эффективности и безопасности проведённых мероприятий. Ведение медицинской документации, в том числе в электронной форме. Проведение противоэпидемических мероприятий в случае возникновения очага инфекции. Контроль выполнения должностных обязанностей персоналом . Обеспечение внутреннего контроля качества и безопасности медицинской деятельности. Составление плана работы и отчёта о своей деятельности . Соблюдение правил внутреннего распорядка отделения скорой медицинской помощи.
