1. Опыт работы в отраслях: строительства; информ технологий; связь (радио, телекоммуникации); электроснабжение. Опыт построения систем: скс; систем радиосвязи; распределённых систем передачи голоса и данных; скуд; видеонаблюдения; охранно-пожарных сигнализаций; пожаротушения водяного и газового; трубопроводов и водоснабжения; вентиляции и кондиционирования; строительство зданий и сооружений; электроснабжения. 2. Опыт управления проектами: определение и руководство командой Проекта; планирование выполнения работ, поставки материалов и оборудования; ежедневный контроль выполнения планов работ; участие в разработке и согласовании проекта производства работ (ППР); организация работы по проведению ПИР, СМР, ПНР на объекте выполнения работ; обеспечение ежемесячного своевременного закрытия процентовок по проектам; организация подготовки и передачи заказчику документации (в т. ч. актов) передаваемой по окончанию проекта. Умение работать с проектно-сметной документацией; знание программ: auto cad, грант смета, win ric, Microsoft project, Microsoft office, 1c. Достижения ключевых показателей проекта: качества; сроков реализации проекта; плана расходов и доходов денежных средств. 3. Опыт подбора специалистов и определение необходимого персонала для достижения целей проекта. Умение быстро и самостоятельно решать вопросы, возникшие в реализации проекта. 4. Поиск и привлечение новых сотрудников для реализации проектов, Субподрядных организаций.

1. Опыт работы в управление проектами (в том числе производственными отделами, компаниями) от 3-х лет; 2. Знание нормативно-технической документации и законодательной базы; 3. Высшее образование. 4. Личные качества: профессионализм; честность в отношениях с сотрудниками и с клиентами компании; нацеленность на достижения тактических и стратегических целей; нацеленность на искоренение ошибок в работе - выстраивание производственного конвейера; лидерские качества; командная работа.

1. Трудоустройство в соответствии с ТК РФ;2. Пятидневная рабочая неделя (при исполнении служебных обязанностей возможно ненормированное рабочее время);3. Испытательный срок 3 месяца;4. При исполнение служебных обязанностей возможны командировки по РК и РФ. 5. Заработная плата от 100.000 рублей; проценты от доходов компании по итогам реализации проектов;
