Участие в подготовке программы внутренней аудиторской проверки, включающей цели, объем задач, сроки, распределение ресурсов, характер и объем процедур внутреннего аудита для достижения целей внутренней аудиторской проверки. Идентификация и оценка рисков объекта внутреннего аудита(бизнес-процесса, проекта, программы, подразделения). Оценка схемы построения (эффективности) бизнес процессов и контрольных процедур объекта внутреннего аудита (бизнес-процесса, проекта, программы, подразделения). Формирование аудиторской выборки для целей внутреннего аудита. Руководство проектами по внутреннему аудиту и консультирование по вопросам построения и функционирования системы внутреннего контроля, управления рисками, корпоративного управления. Проведение процедур внутреннего аудита и сбор аудиторских доказательств и документирование результатов выполнения процедур внутреннего аудита. Разработка рекомендаций, нацеленных на снижение рисков объекта внутреннего аудита (бизнес-процесса, проекта, программы, подразделения). Контроль исполнения аудиторских процедур. Самостоятельная или в составе группы подготовка отчета по результатам выполнения внутренней аудиторской проверки. Проведение мониторинга действий (корректирующих мер), предпринимаемых по результатам внутренней аудиторской проверки

Высшее образование при наличии дополнительного профессионального образования (программы переподготовки, программы повышения квалификации, программы профессиональной сертификации) в области внутреннего аудита; Опыт работы более 5 лет (в т.ч. во внутреннем аудите/контроле производственной компании- более 4 лет); Наличие аттестата (CIA, CISA, ACCA и др.) является преимуществом; Английский язык-желательно; Уверенное владение ПК и оргтехникой: пакет MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), 1C, система электронного документооборота, средств вычислительной техники, коммуникации и связи, консультант плюс и прочие. Также необходимы общие знания: Международные профессиональные стандарты внутреннего аудита Международные концепции и стандарты управления рисками и внутреннего контроля Трудовое, гражданское, административное законодательство РФ Основные законодательные и нормативные правовые акты, относящиеся к областям аудита Принципы организации и порядок функционирования бизнеса (виды деятельности), бизнес-модели, процессов и процедур Общества. Принципы и порядок формирования управленческой, финансовой (бухгалтерской) и прочих видов отчетности Информационные системы (программные продукты) в объеме, необходимом для целей внутреннего аудита Основы управления проектами Основы информационных технологий и информационной безопасности Ключевые риски и средства контроля, связанные с информационными технологиями Методы оценки и управления рисками внутрикорпоративных злоупотреблений, в том числе мошенничества. Кодекс корпоративного управления и (или) зарубежные аналоги (если применимо к организации); основные законодательные и нормативные правовые акты, относящиеся к областям аудита
