Соблюдает и реализует требования руководящих документов в области защиты информации. Разрабатывает нормативные, методические и организационные документы Учреждения по вопросам защиты информации. Осуществляет работу по сбору и систематизации необходимой информации о структурных подразделениях, подлежащих защите, и охраняемых сведениях. Обеспечивает контроль за выполнением требований нормативной технической документации, за соблюдением установленного выполнения работ, а также действующего законодательства при решении вопросов, касающихся защиты информации. Участвует в рассмотрении технических заданий на проекты изделий, научно-исследовательские и опытно-конструкторские работы, подлежащие защите, осуществляет контроль за включением в них требований нормативно-технических и методических документов по защите информации и выполнением этих требований. Проводит работу по созданию безопасных информационных технологий, отвечающих требованиям комплексной защиты информации. Проводит работу по сбору и систематизации необходимой информации об объектах, подлежащих защите, и охраняемых сведениях, осуществляет методическое руководство и контроль за работой по оценке технико-экономического уровня и эффективности разрабатываемых мер по защите информации.

Знания действующего законодательства в области защиты информации; Опыт работы в разработке ЛНА по защите информации; Опыт взаимодействия с государственными органами, навыки деловой переписки. Приветствуется наличие специализированных сертификатов, курсов повышения квалификации в рассматриваемой области.
