Прогнозирует: тенденции изменения ситуации в обществе и в образовании для корректировки стратегии развития школы, последствия запланированной учебно-воспитательной работы. Планирует и организует: текущее и перспективное планирование деятельности педагогического коллектива, процесс разработки и реализации образовательной программы школы, разработку необходимой учебно-воспитательной документации, осуществление систематического контроля за качеством образовательного процесса и объективностью оценки результатов образовательной подготовки обучающихся, работой предметных кружков и факультативов, посещение уроков и других видов учебных занятий, проводимых педагогическими работниками школы, работу по подготовке и проведению выпускных экзаменов, организацию экзаменов в форме и по материалам ЕГЭ, просветительскую работу для родителей (законных представителей), принимает родителей (законных представителей) по вопросам организации учебно-методического процесса, контроль за учебной нагрузкой обучающихся, правильное ведение учителями электронных классных журналов и другой установленной отчетной документации, повышение квалификации и профессионального мастерства педагогов, оснащение учебных кабинетов современным оборудованием, наглядными пособиями и техническими средствами обучения, пополнение библиотеки учебно-воспитательной и художественной литературой, журналами и газетами, работу по соблюдению в образовательном процессе норм и правил охраны труда, с участием заведующего хозяйством своевременное и качественное проведение паспортизации учебных кабинетов. Координирует: работу методических объединений, разработку необходимой учебно-воспитательной документации, взаимодействие представителей администрации, служб и подразделений школы, обеспечивающих учебно-методический процесс, работу учителей и других педагогических работников по выполнению учебных планов и программ, работу педагогического коллектива по расписанию занятий. Руководит: учебно-воспитательным процессом в школе, созданием благоприятной учебно-воспитательной обстановки в школе, осуществлением системы стимулирования участников учебного процесса и методической работы.

Квалификация: высшее образование Опыт работы от 1 года Образование: Высшее образование специалитет, магистратура наличие медкнижки, справка об отсутствии судимости.
