1) обеспечивает наличие, хранение и доступ к нормативным правовым актам, содержащим государственные нормативные требования охраны труда в соответствии со спецификой деятельности учреждения; 2) осуществляет: - разработку проектов локальных нормативных актов, обеспечивающих создание и функционирование системы управления охраной труда; - взаимодействие с представительными органами работников по вопросам условий и охраны труда и согласование локальной документации по вопросам охраны труда; - переработку локальных нормативных актов по вопросам охраны труда в случае вступления в силу новых или внесения изменений в действующие нормативные правовые акты, содержащие нормы трудового права; - контроль проведения обучения работников безопасным методам и приемам труда, инструктажей по охране труда и стажировок в соответствии с нормативными требованиями; - проверки знаний работников требований охраны труда; - информирование работников об условиях и охране труда на рабочих местах, о риске повреждения здоровья, предоставляемых им гарантиях, полагающихся им компенсациях и средствах индивидуальной защиты; 3) организует: - работу комиссии по специальной оценке условий труда; - работу комиссии по расследованию несчастных случаев на производстве и профессиональных заболеваний; 4) координирует и контролирует обеспечение работников средствами индивидуальной защиты, а также их хранения, оценки состояния и исправности; организует установку средств коллективной защиты; 5) планирует проведение производственного контроля и специальной оценки условий труда

Образование: - высшее образование по направлению подготовки группы специальностей "Техносферная безопасность" или соответствующим ему направлениям подготовки (специальностям) по обеспечению безопасности производственной деятельности; - высшее образование и дополнительное профессиональное образование (профессиональная переподготовка) в области охраны труда; - среднее профессиональное образование и дополнительное профессиональное образование (профессиональная переподготовка) в области охраны труда. Требования к опыту практической работы при наличии высшего профессионального образования без предъявления требований. При наличии среднего профессионального образования стаж работы в области охраны труда не менее 3 лет. Лица, не имеющие специальной подготовки или стажа работы, но обладающие достаточным практическим опытом и выполняющие качественно и в полном объеме возложенные на них должностные обязанности, по рекомендации аттестационной комиссии назначаются на соответствующие должности так же, как и лица, имеющие специальную подготовку и стаж работы.
