проведение анализа состояния пожарной безопасности в подразделениях с разработкой предложений для принятия оптимальных решений по противопожарной защите; - проведение проверок состояния пожарной безопасности в подразделениях; - осуществление контроля выполнения противопожарных мероприятий по предписаниям ведомственного пожарного надзора и уполномоченных органов власти; - осуществление контроля обслуживания стационарных автоматических установок обнаружения и тушения пожара; - планирование проведение пожарно-технической подготовки (обучения, проверки знаний, инструктажей и противопожарных тренировок) сотрудников, а также разработка и пересмотр инструкций о мерах пожарной безопасности и оформления документации; - планирование потребности и количество первичных средств пожаротушения; - составление заявок, технических заданий на приобретение сертифицированного пожарно-технического оборудования; - проведение тренировок по эвакуации и применению первичных средств пожаротушения; - проведение анализа причин возникновения технологических нарушений в работе противопожарного оборудования, пожаров, несчастных случаев; - проведение экспертиз проектной документации в части соблюдения требований пожарной безопасности.

- опыт работы в области пожарной безопасности не менее 3 лет. - нормативные документы, государственные стандарты, санитарные нормы и правила по пожарной безопасности материалов и конструкций; - требования нормативных документов по обеспечению противопожарного режима в университете; - требования к содержанию путей эвакуации; - порядок эвакуации людей; - требования по содержанию и применению установок пожарной сигнализации и пожаротушения, систем противодымной защиты, оповещения людей о пожаре и управления эвакуацией; - технические регламенты безопасности зданий и сооружений; - современные средства пожаротушения; - системы противопожарной вентиляции; - тактико-технические данные систем пожарной автоматики; - огнестойкость материалов и методы повышения огнестойкости строительных материалов; - нормативные и правовые документы по пожарной безопасности; ФЗ от 21.12.1994 № 69-ФЗ О пожарной безопасности; ФЗ от 22.07.2008 № 123-ФЗ Технический регламент о требованиях пожарной безопасности; Постановление Правительства РФ от 16.09.2020 № 1479 Об утверждении Правил противопожарного режима в РФ; СП 1.13130.2020 Системы противопожарной защиты. Эвакуационные пути и выходы; СП 2.13130.2020 Системы противопожарной защиты. Обеспечение огнестойкости объектов защиты; СП 4.13130.2013 Системы противопожарной защиты. Требования к объемно-планировочным и конструктивным решениям и др. - Организация закупочных процедур (44‑ФЗ, 223‑ФЗ), подготовка документации. - Документооборот, регистрация и контроль исполнения поручений. - Подготовка служебных записок, приказов, протоколов. - Документирование процессов, подготовка регламентов и инструкций. - Знание и умение использования MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Опыт работы в отделе организации надзорных и профилактических мероприятий МЧС России будет Вашим преимуществом.
