- Осуществляет от лица заказчика строительный контроль за закрепленными объектами. - Участвует в подготовке документации, связанной с заключением и исполнением государственных контрактов на выполнение работ по ремонту, капитальному ремонту, строительству, реконструкции и содержанию объектов, согласно требованиям Федерального закона от 05.04.2013 № 44-ФЗ О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд . - Подготавливает надлежащие документы для регистрации объектов в инспекцию государственного строительного надзора и для получения разрешения на строительство. Получает разрешение на строительство. - Организует разбивку осей зданий и сооружений, трасс коммуникаций на местности и сдачу генеральному подрядчику площадки под строительство. - Контролирует представление информации по претензиям. - Контролирует и осуществляет от лица заказчика строительный контроль за выполнением строительно-монтажных работ, выполнением объемов, проверкой представленных объемов генеральным подрядчиком, визирует формы КС-2, проверяет справку формы КС-3 о стоимости выполненных работ и произведенных затратах генеральным подрядчиком и представляет их начальнику отдела для согласования. - Контролирует и осуществляет строительный контроль за сроками и качеством выполнения работ, за их соответствием утвержденной проектно-сметной документации, рабочим чертежам, строительным нормам, стандартам, нормам техники безопасности. - Проверяет и подписывает акты на скрытые работы, сдачу в монтаж оборудования, испытания инженерных систем, исполнительную документацию и другие документы, необходимость которых возникает при производстве строительно-монтажных работ.

- высшее профессиональное (техническое) образование; - стаж работы в строительной отрасли не менее 4 лет; - Ответственное отношение к выполняемой работе.
