Мы находимся в поиске Руководителя филиала в г. Зеленодольск по адресу ул. Карла Маркса 53А Вам предстоит: Организация технической эксплуатации, бесперебойной работы и обслуживания объектов сети связи на территории Зеленодольского района (ШПД, PON, телефония, активное/пассивное оборудование) Обеспечение своевременного подключения услуг связи клиентам (B2C, B2B, B2G) Руководство коллективом: инженерно-технический состав, кабельщики-спайщики, электромонтеры, сотрудники абонентских отделов Выполнение нормативных показателей по качеству работы сети, по выручке, продажам и удержанию абонентской базы Контроль и технический надзор за реализацией планов строительства, модернизации и реконструкции линейно-кабельных сооружений (в том числе при взаимодействии с подрядными организациями) Выстраивание эффективного взаимодействия с органами местного самоуправления, управляющими компаниями, ТСЖ, застройщиками и ресурсоснабжающими организациями: согласование размещения оборудования, доступа в МКД, использование опор ЛЭП Что ждем от Вас: Техническое образование Опыт работы в отрасли телекоммуникаций Знание норм охраны труда и техники безопасности Системное мышление, ориентация на результат Мы предлагаем: "Белую" заработную плату: (оклад + ежемесячная премия) + 2 годовые премии (ко Дню связи в мае и к Новому году) Оформление по ТК РФ, оплата больничных и отпусков Возможность получать бонусы по программе "Приведи друга" до 20 000 рублей График работы: 5/2 с 8:00 до 17:00, сокращенный день в пятницу Комфортный офис по адресу: г.
