Требуется Руководитель филиала ГКУ КК ЦЗН в городе Анапа. Обязанности: Организация работы филиала в рамках осуществляемых функций, руководство текущей деятельностью филиала; Подготовка предложений в текущие и перспективные планы работы ЦЗН по оказанию мер государственной поддержки в области занятости населения и финансовому обеспечению; Взаимодействие с органами исполнительной власти и социальными партнерами по направлению деятельности филиала. Разработка положения о структурных подразделениях филиала и должностных инструкций работников; Организация работы по достижению филиала ключевых показателей эффективности деятельности (плановых показателей); Организация работы по подготовке плановой и оперативной отчетности филиала, а также сбор, обобщение и анализ статистической информации, составление сводных отчетов и подготовка аналитических материалов по направлению деятельности и представление их вышестоящему руководству и другим заинтересованным органам исполнительной власти в установленные сроки; Распределение обязанностей, координация деятельности подчиненных, а также осуществление контроля за исполнением заданий и поручений работниками филиала; Подготавка предложений по формированию кадрового резерва сотрудников филиала; и др. высшее профессиональное образование (психологическое, экономическое, юридическое, социологическое, педагогическое, средства массовой информации и информационно-библиотечное дело, документоведение и архивоведение) или высшее образование (непрофильное) и дополнительное профессиональное образование - программы профессиональной переподготовки по профилю деятельности. Стаж работы не менее двух лет на руководящих должностях в органах службы занятости населения или других социально-трудовых сферах. Не менее трех лет в должности специалиста в области занятости населения или социальной сфере. умение вести документацию и служебную переписку в соответствии с требованиями руководящих документов. знания в области информационно-коммуникационных технологий. умение организации личного труда и планирования служебного времени. умение мыслить системно (стратегически).
