Заведующий отделением обязан: 3.1. Планировать работу отделения и анализировать показатели его деятельности. 3.2. Формулировать цели, задачи, определять обязанности и трудовые действия специалистов по социальной работе. 3.3. Выявлять и вести учет граждан, проживающих на территории обслуживаемой учреждением, нуждающихся в социальной помощи. 3.4. Организовывать взаимодействие специалистов в процессе реализации социальных услуг и мер социальной помощи. 3.5. В рамках пилотного проекта, направленного на достижение национальных целей социально-экономического развития по повышению реальных доходов граждан, снижение уровня бедности обеспечивает реализацию мероприятий по сопровождению нуждающихся в социальной помощи граждан, в том числе семей с детьми, в соответствии с индивидуальными программами социальной адаптации: - проводит собеседование с гражданами, заявившимися на предоставление государственной социальной помощи на основании социального контракта (заполнение листа собеседования с информацией гражданина о проблемах семьи, ее возможностях по выходу из трудной жизненной ситуации); - разрабатывает программы социальной адаптации семьи (одиноко проживающего гражданина) на период действия социального контракта; - обеспечивает сопровождение социального контракта и контроль за выполнением программы социальной адаптации семьи (одиноко проживающего гражданина) на всех этапах выполнения социального контракта, проведение оценки его эффективности. 3.6. Квалифицированно и своевременно исполнять приказы, распоряжения и поручения руководства учреждения, а также нормативно-правовых актов по своей профессиональной деятельности. 3.7. Создавать условия для эффективной работы сотрудников, обеспечивать соблюдение ими профессиональных этических норм (стандартов) и должностных обязанностей. 3.8. Организовывать и контролировать процесс предоставления получателям социальных услуг Центра социальных услуг, оказываемых отделением. 3.9. Определять с учетом характера предоставляемых услуг и территориальных особенностей, нагрузки на работников отделения. 3.10. Внедрять новые социальные технологии, разнообразных видов социальной помощи, форм и способов ее оказания. 3.11. Рассматривать заявления и предложения по вопросам социального обслуживания и принимать меры по их реализации. 3.12. Определять стимулирующие факторы профессиональной деятельности, разрабатывать и реализовывать систему стимулирования эффективной профессиональной деятельности. 3.13. Обеспечивать сохранность и готовность к действию первичных средств пожаротушения.
