Мы строим аналитику, которая позволит: Повышать эффективность активации — отслеживать воронку и находить точки роста конверсии на каждом этапе. Адаптировать стратегии онбординга под особенности разных клиентских сегментов — персонализировать сценарии вовлечения. Развивать клиентов до состояния активных пользователей — выявлять поведенческие шаблоны, прогнозировать потребности и предлагать релевантные решения в нужный момент. Обязанности: Развивать аналитику процесса активации новых клиентов компании; Структурировать и разрабатывать метрики эффективности активации клиентов; Генерировать гипотезы по повышению конверсии на разных этапах воронки и проверять их; Сопровождать принятие решений на основе данных; Учиться новому и делиться знаниями с коллегами. Контекст: В работе мы используем ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Python, Tableau. Требования: Высшее образование; Уверенное знание математики и статистики; Опыт работы не менее 2 лет продуктовым аналитиком; Умение видеть за числами смысл; Опыт проведения A/B тестирования; Уверенное владение SQL, Python; Опыт работы с Tableau; Опыт работы с ClickHouse будет плюсом.
