Аналитик на направление монетизации Строить и поддерживать понятные отчеты по ключевым метрикам продаж и данным из CRM Совместно с командой продаж разрабатывать, реализовывать и измерять эффективность изменений, направленных на улучшение монетизации и удержание клиентов. Измерять и оформлять в понятные self-service отчеты по эффективности коммуникаций компании, направленных на продажи и удержание (акции, скидки, оптимизация чекаута, коммуникации в продукте, рассылки, улучшение онбординга бесплатных и платных клиентов) Участвовать в организации А/B-тестов, проверять результаты на статзначимость и помогать отделу продаж правильно их интерпретировать. Работа с российским и зарубежным сегментами клиентов. Работа с данными по чекам и транзакциям, путям пользователей в корзине, разметкой внутрипродуктовых событий и метками в инструментах коммуникации с клиентом (слайдеры, боты, письма), данными из CRM по сделкам, лидам, компаниям.

Опыт анализа цепочки конверсии в продажи от 2 лет, включая механики онлайн продаж, предпочтительно цифровых товаров. Опыт уверенного построения отчетов в Power BI от 1 года + знакомство с Apache Superset (желательно). Понимание как работают CRM системы, и какие данные в них хранятсяSQL продвинутый (clickhouse/mysql)python - библиотеки для анализа данныхумение работать и писать код с chatgpt/claudeанглийский на уровне уверенного чтения документацииаккуратность, точность и внимание к деталямумение просто доносить и оформлять свои выводы и мысли
