Ведущий бухгалтер: Принимать к учету приходные документы от поставщиков, к учету материальные отчеты кладовщиков, коменданта и других материально ответственных лиц, меры по устранению недостач, нарушения финансово-хозяйственной деятельности. осуществлять прием первичной документации, связанной с учетом товарно-материальных ценностей (далее ТМЦ) и отражать их в бухгалтерском учете по ТМЦ покупка, отпуск для управленческих нужд, списание вследствие недостачи, списание на производство продукции, списание на нужды колледжа, контролировать достоверность учета поступающих ТМЦ, своевременное отражение на счетах бухгалтерского учета операций, связанных с их движением, правильность расходования ТМЦ, топлива, порядок составления отчетности на основе первичных документов, а также организацию проведения инвентаризаций и бухгалтерского учета в подразделениях колледжа. вести учет по складу готовой продукции: на собственные нужды учреждения; для реализации сторонним организациям, покупного НДС по приобретенным материальным ценностям, работам, услугам, проводить сверки расчетов с поставщиками и покупателями; накапливать и хранить в системном порядке все первичные, накопительные и отчетные документы по движению ТМЦ, проводить инвентаризацию имущества в соответствии учетной политикой и с нормативными правовыми актами, документально фиксировать её результаты; контролировать перерасход материалов, ГСМ и прочее, проводить верификацию сопроводительных документов в соответствии с требованиями, установленными законодательством РФ.
