The posting

1) выполнять работу по ведению бухгалтерского учета расчетов с поставщиками и подрядчиками, покупателями и заказчиками, прочими дебиторами и кредиторами, в том числе на забалансовых счетах предприятий; 2) обеспечивать отражение в учете фактов хозяйственной жизни по расчетам с поставщиками и подрядчиками, покупателями и заказчиками, иными дебиторами и кредиторами, связанных с выполнением работ, оказанием услуг и внутрихозяйственным расчетам по ним, в том числе отражению дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности; 3) обеспечивать отражение в учете фактов хозяйственной жизни по кассовым операциям; 4) обеспечивать отражение в учете госпошлины; 5) обеспечивать отражение в бухгалтерском учете расходов по централизованным договорам, в том числе формирование и акцепт извещений на передачу/поступление затрат по внутрихозяйственным расчетам между структурными подразделениями Заказчика; 6) осуществлять ежедневное выравнивание и контроль за выравниванием счетов 60, 62, 63, 68 03, 739, 76, 86, 91, 96, Z007, Z008, Z009*; 7) формировать счета на оплату, предоплату работ, услуг на основании Запроса, поступившего от Заказчика; 8) производить начисление платы за негативное воздействие на окружающую среду на основании предоставленных расчетов; 9) обеспечивать своевременное и точное отражение на счетах бухгалтерского учета внутрихозяйственных расчетов по приему передаче дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности, формировать авизо, осуществлять акцепт выставленных извещений; 10) осуществлять своевременное закрытие отчетного периода в системе ТДС, ТФС проекта ЕК АСУФР по обслуживаемым предприятиям; 11) контролировать соблюдение требований к проведению обязательной (внеплановой) ежегодной инвентаризации по кругу ведения вопросов; 12) принимать участие в инвентаризации активов и обязательств обслуживаемых подразделений по кругу ведения вопросов, формировать в системе СОИ инвентаризационные описи с заполнением всех данных и выдавать их комиссии на бумажных носителях; 13) обеспечивать правильность определения задолженности, формирования отчетных форм по отражению дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности, оценочного резерва и т.д.
