Должностные обязанности: 1) Получать информацию о заболевании, применять объективные методы исследования больного, оценивать тяжесть состояния больного, определять объем и последовательность мероприятий, оказывать необходимую срочную первую помощь. 2) Проводить дифференциальную диагностику основных заболеваний органа зрения, обосновывать клинический диагноз. 3) Назначать необходимые лекарственные средства и другие лечебные мероприятия. 4) Определять должный объем консультативной помощи и проводить коррекцию лечения. 5) Обосновывать схему, план и тактику ведения больных, показания и противопоказания к операции, определять степень риска операции. 6) Разрабатывать план подготовки больного к экстренной или плановой операции, определять степень нарушения гомеостаза, осуществлять подготовку всех функциональных систем организма ребенка к операции. 7) Обосновывать наиболее целесообразную технику операции при данной патологии и выполнять ее в необходимом объеме. 8) Обосновывать методику обезболивания и, при необходимости, выполнять его. 9) Разрабатывать схему послеоперационного ведения больного и профилактики послеоперационных осложнений. 10) Врач-офтальмолог должен знать профилактику, диагностику и лечение следующих состояний: a. Травматический шок. b. Острая кровопотеря. c. Острая сердечная и дыхательная недостаточность. d. Острая интоксикация. 11) При установлении диагноза проводить необходимые мероприятия при следующих состояниях: a. Нарушение рефракции и аккомодации. b. Нарушение двигательного аппарата глаза. c. Заболевание защитного аппарата глаз. d. Воспалительные заболевания глаз. e. Заболевания нервно-мышечного аппарата век. f. Заболевания сетчатой оболочки и зрительных путей. g. Травма органа зрения. h. Пороки развития глаза. 12) Организовывать и проводить санитарно-просветительную работу. 13) Оформлять медицинскую документацию в установленном порядке, в соответствии с требованиями Министерства здравоохранения РФ. 14) Систематически повышать свою профессиональную квалификацию и уровень медицинских знаний медицинских сестер кабинета. 15) Осуществлять руководство и контроль за работой среднего медицинского персонала кабинета. 16) Соблюдать морально-правовые нормы профессионального общения с коллегами и пациентами, принципы врачебной этики и деонтологии. 17) Соблюдать правила внутреннего распорядка, по охране труда и технике безопасности, производственной санитарии, согласно требованиям сан.эпидрежима.
