- Организация работы по охране труда и промышленной безопасности (далее по тексту - ОТ и ПБ) в соответствии с требованиями законодательных и нормативных актов по охране труда, проведение профилактических работ по предупреждению производственного травматизма, мероприятий для создания здоровых и безопасных условий труда. - Использование прикладных компьютерных программ для формирования проектов локальных нормативных актов, оформления отчетов, создания баз данных и электронных таблиц. - Осуществление мониторинга законодательства Российской Федерации и передового опыта в области охраны труда. - Информирование работников об условиях и охране труда на рабочих местах, о риске повреждения здоровья, о предоставляемых гарантиях и компенсациях, применяемых средствах индивидуальной защиты. - Подготовка информации и документов, представляемых органам исполнительной власти, органам профсоюзного контроля, необходимых для осуществления ими своих полномочий. - Организация сбора информации об обеспеченности работников полагающимися им средствами индивидуальной защиты. - Формирование документов статистической отчетности, внутреннего документооборота, содержащих информацию по вопросам охраны труда.

Требуемые профессиональные знания и навыки: - Законы и иные нормативные правовые акты в сфере охраны труда. - Требования охраны труда, установленные правилами и инструкциями по охране труда. - Делопроизводство и методические документы по вопросам охраны труда. - Государственные нормативные требования охраны труда. - Требования охраны труда, промышленной, пожарной и экологической безопасности. - Методы изучения условий труда на рабочих местах. - Правила и средства контроля соответствия технического состояния оборудования требованиям безопасного ведения работ. - Требования к порядку обучения по охране труда и проверки знаний требований охраны труда, приемов оказания первой помощи пострадавшим, установленные нормативными правовыми актами. - Порядок доведения информации по вопросам условий и охраны труда до заинтересованных лиц. - Применение методов оценки вредных и (или) опасных производственных факторов, опасностей, профессиональных рисков на рабочих местах. - Порядок оформления, согласования, утверждения, хранения и учета локальной документации. - Виды ответственности за нарушение требований охраны труда и порядок привлечения к ответственности. - Требования локальных нормативных актов, распорядительных документов по разработке положений, должностных и производственных (рабочих) инструкций. - Правила, процедуры, критерии и нормативы, установленные государственными нормативными требованиями охраны труда.
