Осуществляет контроль за соблюдением в подразделениях предприятия законодательных и иных нормативно-правовых актов по охране труда. Обеспечивает функционирование системы управления охраной труда, управление профессиональными рисками. Взаимодействует с органами государственной власти по вопросам охраны труда. Осуществляет контроль за организацией выдачи, хранения, стирки и ремонта спецодежды, обуви и других средств индивидуальной защиты. Участвует в проведении проверок, обследований технического состояния зданий, сооружений, оборудования, машин. Участвует в работе комиссий по проведению специальной оценки условий труда. Организует обучение работников по охране труда. Обеспечивает и контролирует проведение инструктажей по охране труда, периодических аттестаций и проверок знаний. Участвует в расследовании несчастных случаев на производстве, производственного травматизма, профессиональных заболеваний, анализирует эффективность проводимых мероприятий по их предупреждению. Проводит вводный инструктаж по охране труда со всеми вновь принимаемыми на работу. Выявляет, анализирует и оценивает профессиональные риски.

Высшее профессиональное образование в области охраны труда по направлению подготовки "Техносферная безопасность". Опыт работы в данной сфере деятельности не менее 3-х лет. Работа на компьютере, на уровне пользователя. Должен знать: - законодательные, нормативные акты и методические материалы по вопросам охраны труда; - основные технологические процессы производства, особенности эксплуатации оборудования; - порядок проведения расследования несчастных случаев на производстве. - проведение аудитов по охране труда с целью выявления рисков (нарушений); - организацию проведения медицинских осмотров; порядок проведения специальной оценки условий труда; требования к разработке инструкций по охране труда; - порядок составления отчётности по охране труда.
