The posting

2.1. Проводит в соответствии с существующими методиками занятия по адаптивной физкультуре (далее АФК) с пожилыми гражданами. 2.2. Осуществляет контроль за соблюдением санитарно-гигиенических требований, предъявляемых к организации работы залов для групповых и индивидуальных занятий лечебной физкультурой, гимнастических предметов и снарядов для проведения занятий по АФК, тренажеров, маршрутов пешеходных прогулок, освещение, вентиляция помещений, температура воздуха. 2.3. Проводит подготовку пациентов к занятиям адаптивной физкультурой, осуществляет контроль за состоянием пациентов во время проведения процедуры. 2.4. Контролирует самочувствие у получателей социальных услуг (пациентов) до и после проведения занятий. 2.5. Проводит оценку физического развития, физической работоспособности человека, функции внешнего дыхания, сердечно-сосудистой системы, нервно-мышечного аппарата. 2.6. Проводит индивидуальные и групповые занятия лечебной и гигиенической гимнастикой. 2.7. Проводит функциональные пробы с физической нагрузкой. 2.8. Использует частные методики лечебной физкультуры при различных заболеваниях опорно-двигательного аппарата, нервной системы, внутренних органов, обмена веществ, при травмах, программами этапной физической реабилитации больных. 2.9. Дает рекомендации по проведению физических упражнений и пешеходным прогулкам, занятиям на тренажерах и трудотерапии. 2.10. Соблюдает требования охраны труда, техники безопасности, гигиены труда, противопожарной безопасности при эксплуатации помещений, оборудования и оснащения, используемого для занятий лечебной физкультурой. 2.11. Обеспечивает инфекционную безопасность получателей социальных услуг и медицинского персонала, выполняет требования инфекционного контроля в отделении лечебной физкультуры. 2.12. Своевременно и качественно ведет медицинскую документацию; проводит регистрацию пациентов и проводимых исследований. 2.13. Соблюдает морально-правовые нормы и этику профессионального общения, выполняет требования трудовой дисциплины. 2.14. Проводит санитарно-просветительную работу. 2.15. Оказывает доврачебную медицинскую помощь при неотложных состояниях.

Инструктор по адаптивной физической культуре должен знать: - основы физиологии и патофизиологии организма; - методику проведения занятий по лечебной физкультуре для больных с различными заболеваниями; - показания и противопоказания к проведению занятий по лечебной физкультуре; - основы проведения лечебного массажа; - правила личной гигиены, санитарно-гигиенические нормы при проведении занятий; - основы законодательства о труде и охране труда Российской Федерации; - правила внутреннего трудового распорядка; - правила и нормы охраны труда, техники безопасности, производственной санитарии и противопожарной защиты; - основные приемы и методы оказания доврачебной медицинской помощи. Среднее профессиональное образование - программы подготовки специалистов среднего звена в области адаптивной физической культуры или адаптивного спортаили. Среднее профессиональное образование (непрофильное) и дополнительное профессиональное образование в области адаптивной физической культуры или адаптивного спорта
