Обеспечение соблюдения в подразделениях учреждения законодательных и иных нормативных актов по охране труда. Контроль предоставления работникам учреждения установленных льгот и компенсаций по условиям труда. Участие в проведении проверок, обследований технического состояния зданий, сооружений, оборудования, машин и механизмов, санитарно-бытовых помещений, средств коллективной и индивидуальной защиты работников, определении их соответствия требованиям нормативных правовых актов по охране труда, и при выявлении нарушений, принимать меры по прекращению эксплуатации машин, оборудования и производства работ на участках и рабочих местах. Проведение работы по специальной оценке условий труда на соответствие требованиям охраны труда. Участие в разработке мероприятий по предупреждению профессиональных заболеваний и несчастных случаев на производстве, по улучшению условий труда и доведению их до требований нормативных правовых актов по охране труда. Участие в рассмотрении вопросов о возмещении работодателем вреда, причиненного увечьями, профессиональными заболеваниями или другими повреждениями здоровья, связанными с выполнением трудовых обязанностей. Оформление и представление на подпись руководителю приказов по охране труда и технике безопасности, в том числе о прохождении обязательных медицинских осмотров, о предоставлении работникам компенсаций и льгот за тяжелые, вредные или опасные условия труда. Проведение вводных инструктажей по охране труда со всеми вновь принятыми на работу. Подготовка списков работников для периодических медосмотров, психиатрического освидетельствования, для центра профпаталогии. Составление отчетности по охране труда и пожарной безопасности по установленным формам и в соответствующие сроки. Организация профессионального обучения и повышения квалификации. Подготовка и сопровождение проверок Роспотребнадзора, Ростехнадзора, СЭС, Госинспеции по труду, Пожарной инспекции и других, затрагивающих вопросы охраны труда.

Коммуникативные навыки, умение работать в команде, стрессовоустойчивость,гипкость и адаптивность, способностьк обучению ирешению проблем.
