1. Главный бухгалтер формирует учетную политику исходя из специфики условий хозяйствования, структуры, размеров, отраслевой принадлежности и других особенностей деятельности учреждения. 2. Возглавляет работу по подготовке и утверждению рабочего плана счетов, бухгалтерского учета, форм первичных учетных документов. 3. Руководит и формирует информационную систему бухгалтерского учета и отчетности в соответствии с требованиями бухгалтерского, налогового, статистического и управленческого учета. 4. Организует работу по ведению регистров бухгалтерского учета на основе применения современных информационных, технологий, прогрессивных форм и методов учета и контроля, исполнению плана финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, учету имущества, обязательств, основных средств, материально-производственных запасов, денежных средств, финансовых, расчетных операций, финансовых результатов деятельности учреждения. 5. Обеспечивает составление экономически обоснованных калькуляции стоимости услуг. 6. Обеспечивает своевременное и точное отражение на счетах бухгалтерского учета хозяйственных операций, движения активов, формирования доходов и расходов, выполнения обязательств. Обеспечивает контроль за соблюдением порядка оформления первичных учетных документов. 7. Организует ведение налогового учета и составления налоговой отчетности в учреждении. Обеспечивает правильное начисление и своевременное перечисление налогов и сборов в бюджеты всех уровней, страховых взносов. 8. Производит перечисление налогов и взносов из заработной платы. 9. Ведет учет и предоставляет отчетность (в том числе статистическую) по налогам и взносам: налог на имущество, налог на землю, налог на транспорт, налог на прибыль учреждения, НДС, налог на окружающую среду. 10. Производит сверку по платежам с налоговыми органами. 11. Ведет учет основных средств (поступление, принятие к учету, списание основных средств, заполнение карточек с характеристикой объекта основных средств, начисление амортизации). ...
