Составление, прием к учету первичных документов, подготовка отчетности; проверка первичных документов в отношении формы, полноты оформления, реквизитов; Систематизация первичных документов текущего отчетного периода в соответствии с учетной политикой учреждения; составление на основе первичных документов сводных учетных документов; подготовка первичных документов для передачи в архив; обеспечение данными для проведения инвентаризации активов и обязательств учреждения в соответствии с учетной политикой; Отражение в счетах бухгалтерского учета операций по учету основных средств, материальных запасов и расчетов с контрагентами; регистрация в регистрах бухгалтерского учета данных, содержащихся в первичных учетных документах; Составление отчетных калькуляций, начисление амортизации активов; сопоставление результатов инвентаризации основных средств, материальных запасов и расчетов с контрагентами с данными регистров бухгалтерского учета; Подсчет в регистрах бухгалтерского учета итогов и остатков по счетам синтетического и аналитического учета; подготовка информации для составления оборотно-сальдовой ведомости, главной книги.

Наличие гражданства Российской Федерации, возраст старше 18 лет. Знание государственного языка Российской Федерации (русского языка); знание основ делопроизводства и документооборота; знания и навыки в области информационно-коммуникационных технологий; знание основ информационной безопасности и защиты информации; знание основных положений законодательства о персональных данных; знание общих принципов функционирования системы электронного документооборота; знание основных положений законодательства об электронной подписи; знание и умение работы в информационно-правовых системах; знания в области законодательства, необходимые для исполнения должностных обязанностей. Умение планировать и рационально использовать служебное время, умение работать в сжатых временных рамках, коммуникабельность, умение соблюдать этику делового общения.
