- организовать учет имущества, обязательств и хозяйственных операций поступающих основных средств, товарно-материальных ценностей и денежных средств, своевременное отражение на счетах бухгалтерского учета операций связанных с их движением; осуществлять контроль за, своевременностью и правильностью оформления документов, расчетов по заработной плате правильному начислению и перечислению налогов и страховых взносов в государственные внебюджетные фонды; -осуществлять контроль за соблюдением порядка оформления первичных бухгалтерских документов расчетов и платежных обязательств, расходования фонда заработной платы; -принимать меры по предупреждению недостач незаконного расходования денежных средств и товарно-материальных ценностей нарушений финансового и хозяйственного законодательства; -осуществлять контроль по обеспечению строгого соблюдения штатной финансовой и кассовой дисциплины, смет доходов и расходов.

должен знать: Конституцию Российской Федерации, федеральные законы, указы Президента Российской Федерации и иные нормативные правовые акты Российской Федерации, Конституцию Чеченской Республики законы Чеченской Республики, иные нормативные правовые акты Чеченской Республики, регламентирующие муниципальную службу, законы и иные нормативные правовые акты Российской Федерации и Чеченской Республики, знание которых необходимо для исполнения должностных обязанностей; иметь навыки: умения работать с людьми, умения вести деловые переговоры, стимулирования достижения результатов, умения контролировать и анализировать, владения конструктивной критикой, владения способностями подготовки делового письма, умения подчинять тактические цели стратегическим, умения разрабатывать план конкретных действий, умения оперативно принимать и реализовать решения, умения эффективно сотрудничать, иметь склонность к гибкости и компромиссам при решении проблем в конфликтных ситуациях); работы на компьютере на уровне пользователя программ Word, Excel; по использованию копировальной техники, телефонной и факсимильной техники;
