Управление документацией фармацевтической системы качества: - Разработка регламентирующей и регистрирующей документации фармацевтической системы качества и внесение изменений в неё в установленном порядке, - Ведение учёта регламентирующей и регистрирующей документации фармацевтической системы качества, - Проверка регистрирующей документации на соответствие установленным процедурам, - Организация порядка разработки, оформления, выдачи, изъятия и хранения документов фармацевтической системы качества, - Организация порядка пересмотра и актуализации документов фармацевтической системы качества, - Контроль изменений, вносимых в документы фармацевтической системы качества, - Ведение учёта документов в рамках фармацевтической системы качества, - Составление планов корректирующих и предупреждающих действий для минимизации или исключения рисков для качества лекарственных средств, - Ведение реестра любых изменений, которые могут повлиять на статус продукта.

Высшее образование фармацевтическое (бакалавриат, специалитет, магистратура), специализация Промышленная фармация . Требования к опыту практической работы: не менее одного года на фармацевтическом производственном предприятии. Необходимые умения: - Разрабатывать программу управления документами фармацевтической системы качества, - Определять необходимые документы для описания фармацевтической системы качества, - Документально оформлять обзоры качества всех произведённых лекарственных препаратов, - Осуществлять актуализацию и уничтожение документов фармацевтической системы качества, - Организовывать хранение документов в соответствии с установленными требованиями, - Оценивать возможность организационных процессов, решений и действий в результате управления документами, - Анализировать процессы работы с точки зрения управления документами, - Производить анализ причин выявленных отклонений и несоответствий установленным требованиям, анализ рисков для качества готовой продукции, - Осуществлять поиск и анализ регуляторной, научной и научно-технической информации для разработки документов фармацевтической системы качества, - Использовать информационные технологии, применяемые на фармацевтическом производстве, - Вести переговоры, осуществлять взаимодействие с персоналом других подразделений, - Средний уровень владения программами MS Offise.

По результатам работы могут выплачиваться премии.
