В головной офис Банка требуется Офис-менеджер для обеспечения премиального уровня клиентского сервиса на входе. На этой позиции вам предстоит координировать жизнедеятельность фронт-офиса, встречать ключевых партнеров и оказывать административную поддержку сотрудникам, включая работу с корреспонденцией и тревел-поддержку. Важной частью задач станет помощь в организации и обслуживании VIP-мероприятий, ведение деловой переписки, а также подготовка и перевод документов на английском языке. Обязанности: Встреча гостей и клиентский сервис: приветствие, регистрация и консультирование посетителей по скриптам; создание комфортной обстановки (чай/кофе/вода). Управление коммуникациями: прием и распределение звонков, контроль соблюдения пропускного режима. Административная поддержка: обработка заявок на бронирование переговорных, парковочных мест и оформление пропусков; заказ такси и тревел-поддержка сотрудников (командировки). Жизнеобеспечение офиса: поддержание порядка на ресепшн и в зонах ожидания; координация клининга, кофе-леди, техников и охраны; подготовка переговорных комнат. VIP-мероприятия: помощь в организации встреч топ-уровня и заказ кейтеринга. Работа с документами и переводы: подготовка и печать документов/презентаций; помощь в переводе рабочих документов и презентаций с английского языка на русский и с русского на английский. Документооборот: прием, отправка и распределение входящей и исходящей корреспонденции. Требования: Законченное высшее образование. Опыт работы на ресепшн, в секретариате или клиентском сервисе от 1 года. Свободный английский язык (устный и письменный) для общения с иностранными гостями и выполнения переводов. Отличные навыки работы с ПК (MS Office, PowerPoint) и оргтехникой. Знание делового этикета, отличные коммуникативные навыки и внимание к деталям. Презентабельный внешний вид, соблюдение корпоративного дресс-кода.
