The posting

- Разрабатывает, согласовывает и актуализирует локальные акты (инструкции, положения) по охране труда. Подготавливает предложения для включения в трудовые договоры разделы об условиях труда. Также в его задачи входит мониторинг изменений в законодательстве и изучение передового опыта в этой сфере. - Выявление потребностей в обучении по охране труда (охрана труда, первая помощь, применение СИЗ, работы повышенной опасности), оказанию первой помощи пострадавшим с учётом требований нормативных правовых актов. - Проводит вводный инструктаж, координирует проведение инструктажей на рабочих местах, контролирует обучение и стажировки. Оказывает методическую помощь руководителям подразделений: помогает составлять программы обучения, инструктажей, стажировок, разрабатывать инструкции. После обучения оформляет документы и передаёт сведения о проверке знаний в реестр обученных лиц. - Контроль за соблюдением требований охраны труда у работодателя, трудового законодательства в области охраны труда, режимов труда и отдыха работников. - Координация разработки мероприятий по улучшению условий и охраны труда, контроль их выполнения. Информирует работников об условиях труда на их местах, уровнях рисков, положенных гарантиях, компенсациях и средствах индивидуальной защиты. Собирает и систематизирует предложения от сотрудников и представителей подразделений. Готовит отчёты и документы для органов власти. Также интегрирует данные в цифровые платформы. - Контролирует, как соблюдаются требования охраны труда, режимы труда и отдыха. Проводит проверки, фиксирует нарушения и выдаёт предписания. Оценивает профессиональные риски: выявляет опасные факторы, анализирует их и предлагает меры по снижению. Планирует и координирует проведение производственного контроля и специальной оценки условий труда (СОУТ). Контролирует, как выдаются и применяются средства индивидуальной и коллективной защиты, проверяет их состояние. - Если на производстве случается несчастный случай или выявляется профессиональное заболевание, ведущий специалист организует работу комиссии: осматривает место, опрашивает причастных, собирает информацию. Анализирует материалы, чтобы установить причины и виновных, готовит необходимую документацию, направляет материалы в соответствующие органы, а также пострадавшим. На основе выводов разрабатывает мероприятия, чтобы подобные ситуации не повторились.
