The posting

Обязанности: Поддерживать в актуальном состоянии ЛНА по ОТ: вносить правки в инструкции и программы инструктажей с учётом изменений законодательства и специфики производства. Актуализировать данные СОУТ и нормы выдачи СИЗ (без проведения замеров). Проводить вводный инструктаж (содействуют менеджер по персоналу и начальник производства), координировать и контролировать все виды инструктажей, вести журналы. Планировать обучение по ОТ, вести реестр обученных, отслеживать сроки удостоверений. Участвовать в организации медосмотров: актуализировать списки, контролировать сроки, формировать отчётность. Контролировать обеспечение работников СИЗ (соответствие нормам, сроки выдачи и замены, учёт). Осуществлять выборочный контроль в цехе (1 2 визита в неделю): фиксировать нарушения, выдавать предписания, следить за устранением. Участвовать в расследовании несчастных случаев и микротравм, готовить документы и предложения по профилактике. Вести документооборот и отчётность по ОТ, формировать пакеты для надзорных органов, обеспечивать хранение документов.

Обращаем внимание, требуется работник на неполную занятость с оплатой труда пропорционально отработанному времени от 10000-12000 р. в мес. Основные требования. профильное высшее образование (бакалавриат по направлению Техносферная безопасность ); либо непрофильное высшее + программа профессиональной переподготовки в области охраны труда; либо среднее профессиональное образование (программы подготовки специалистов среднего звена) + программа профессиональной переподготовки в области охраны труда. знать трудовое законодательство РФ, ГОСТы, СанПиНы, правила и инструкции по охране труда, технические регламенты, требования к рабочим местам и средствам индивидуальной защиты (СИЗ); уметь анализировать условия труда, выявлять риски, разрабатывать локальные нормативные акты (инструкции, положения), координировать работу по системе управления охраной труда (СУОТ); владеть навыками проведения инструктажей, организации обучения работников, участия в расследовании несчастных случаев, работы с цифровыми платформами и справочными правовыми системами опыт работы не мене 1 г.
