Заместитель директора Департамента бухгалтерского учёта и финансового контроля должен: Организовывать и обеспечивать функционирование системы внутреннего финансового контроля: планировать проверки, контролировать достоверность бюджетной отчётности, мониторить устранение выявленных нарушений и оценивать эффективность принятых мер, руководя Службой внутреннего финансового контроля. Контролировать дебиторскую задолженность по договорам на оказание платных образовательных услуг, обеспечивать регулярный мониторинг её состояния и подготовку документов для претензионной работы, а также контролировать целевое и эффективное использование материальных, трудовых и финансовых ресурсов университета. Координировать деятельность трёх подчинённых подразделений департамента, взаимодействовать с органами Федерального казначейства, контрольными, надзорными и правоохранительными органами, участвовать в проведении инвентаризации имущества и обязательств.

Высшее профессиональное (экономическое или финансовое) образование Опыт работы не менее 5 лет (из последних 7 лет) в сфере бухгалтерского учёта и составления финансовой отчётности именно в государственных (бюджетных) учреждениях Практический опыт ведения бухгалтерского учёта: план счетов бюджетного учёта, бюджетная отчётность, кассовое исполнение бюджета Знание нормативной базы Бюджетный кодекс РФ, законодательство о бухгалтерском учёте Нормативные акты по организации бухгалтерского учёта в государственных учреждениях Инструкции по применению плана счетов бюджетного учёта и порядку составления бюджетной отчётности Личные качества Многозадачность: способность одновременно вести несколько направлений, переключаться между операционными вопросами и стратегическим планированием Системность мышления: умение видеть картину целиком, не теряя деталей Ответственность за результат: готовность принимать решения и отвечать за них Умение работать в режиме сжатых сроков: квартальная и годовая отчётность, внеплановые запросы
