В соответствии с задачами и функциями, возложенными на отдел административного обеспечения управления обеспечения деятельности Палаты, Работник выполняет следующие должностные обязанности: 1. Осуществляет работу по хозяйственному обслуживанию, материальному и транспортному обеспечению деятельности Палаты в соответствии с полномочиями Палаты. 2. Участвует в инвентаризации имущества Палаты. Обозначает инвентарные номера основных средств Палаты путём нанесения на объект учёта маркировки (краской или иным способом, обеспечивающим сохранность). 3. Осуществляет контроль за сохранностью хозяйственного инвентаря, собственности Палаты, а также его восстановление и пополнение. Является материально ответственным лицом (заключается договор о полной индивидуальной материальной ответственности). 4. Обеспечивает подразделения Палаты необходимой для работы мебелью, канцелярскими принадлежностями и другими предметами хозяйственного обихода. Для осуществления хозяйственной деятельности Палаты осуществляет и оформляет закупку товарно-материальных ценностей и основных средств в соответствии с Федеральным законом от 05.04.2013 № 44-ФЗ О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд, подготавливает пакет документов для проведения торгов и размещает их в единой информационной системе. 5. Ведёт учёт, осуществляет хранение и выдачу товарно-материальных ценностей, основных средств, составляет и представляет в установленном порядке товарно-денежные и другие отчёты о движении и остатках вверенного ему имущества. 6. Документально оформляет хозяйственные операции, составляет авансовые отчёты, готовит документы для списания товарно-материальных ценностей и основных средств. 7. Осуществляет контроль за работой служебного автотранспорта Палаты, выписывает путевые листы, снимает контрольные показания спидометров, организует своевременное проведение технического осмотра служебного автотранспорта, его текущего ремонта и т.д.
