Менеджер по ВЭД обязан: 3.1. Выполнять поиск зарубежных поставщиков / клиентов. 3.2. Составлять, заключать и сопровождать контракты. 3.3. Осуществлять подготовку и участвовать в переговорах с зарубежными поставщиками. 3.4. Готовить документацию для таможенного оформления товаров, в т.ч. пакета разрешительных документов. 3.5. Контролировать взаиморасчеты, соблюдение сроков отгрузки/доставки, документооборот. 3.6. Взаимодействовать с таможенными брокерами, логистическими компаниями, сертификационными центрами. 3.7. Размещать и отслеживать выполнение заказов. 3.8. Организовывать импортные международные перевозки. 3.9. Организовывать таможенное оформление товаров для организации. 3.10. Организовывать сбор, систематизацию, изучение и обобщение информационных материалов по маркетингу; об экономической, сбытовой и прочей деятельности предприятий (фирм), с которыми заключены договора о сотрудничестве. 3.11. Контролировать выполнение договоров с внешнеторговыми организациями по поставкам продукции на экспорт и поставках инофирмами продукции по импорту. 3.12. Собирать и обеспечивать наличие и актуализацию документов и материалов по коммерческой осмотрительности в отношении контрагентов.

Менеджер по ВЭД должен знать: 2.1. Нормативные правовые акты, регламентирующие внешнеэкономическую деятельность. 2.2. Международные договоры в сфере стандартов и требований к продукции. 2.3. Стандарты и требования внешних рынков к продукции. 2.4. Международные правила толкования наиболее широко используемых торговых терминов в области внешней торговли. 2.5. Методы и инструменты работы с базами данных внешних рынков. 2.6. Методы работы с источниками маркетинговой информации о внешних рынках. 2.7. Маркетинг и ценообразование. 2.8. Основные технические характеристики, преимущества и особенности продукции организации, поставляемой на внешние рынки. 2.9. Стандарты и требования внешних рынков к продукции. 2.10. Методы и инструменты работы с базами данных внешних рынков. 2.11. Основы экономической теории. 2.12. Правила административного документооборота. 2.13. Порядок составления установленной отчетности. 2.14. Правила пожарной безопасности. 2.15. Требования охраны труда.
