Работа с иностранными поставщиками (в основном Китай) Получение коммерческих предложений, счетов, заведение и контроль оплат. Организация всей логистической цепочки товаров (оборудование) от поставщика (в основном Китай) до складов в России Контроль соблюдения сроков доставки продукции Работа с транспортными компаниями и таможенными брокерами. Оптимизация затрат Получение, проверка и оплата счетов за транспортировку продукции и таможенное оформление, контроль взаиморасчетов Сбор документов для таможенного оформления (контракты, спецификации, инвойсы, упаковочные листы) Проверка отгрузочных документов (инвойсов, упаковочных, коносаментов) Расчет таможенных платежей, планирование оплат Контроль процесса таможенного оформления Проработка различных вариантов/оптимизация доставки продукции

Требования: Высшее образование, опыт работы менеджером по внешней логистике (импорт) в транспортно-экспедиционной компании или в производственно-торговой компании от 3-х лет Знание основ ВЭД, INCOTERMS и основ логистики, таможенного законодательства Знание специфики работы с таможней и органами сертификации. Знание товарно-сопроводительных документов и документов для таможенного оформления. Знание английского языка -достаточное для ведения переписки с поставщиками Успешный опыт по оптимизации логистических затрат Расчет логистических затрат по потенциальным поставкам Опыт по взаимодействию с таможенными складами Успешный опыт в решении проблемных ситуаций, умение находить нестандартные решения в сложных ситуациях Опытный пользователь MS Office, Excel, 1С. Нацеленность на результат, стрессоустойчивость, инициативность, работа в режиме многозадачности
