Полное сопровождение деятельности Учреждения в области охраны труда, осуществление контроля за соблюдением нормативно-правовых актов по охране труда. Разработка проектов локальных нормативных актов, обеспечивающих функционирование системы охраны труда, приказов и распоряжений, касающихся охраны труда. Мониторинг изменения законодательства и актуализация внутренних НПА по охране труда. Разработка и пересмотр инструкций по охране труда, внутренних стандартов в области охраны труда. Проведение вводных инструктажей для работников, ведение журналов. Координация проведения первичного, периодического, внепланового и целевого инструктажа, обеспечение обучения руководителей и специалистов, работников методам и приемам оказания первой помощи. Ведение необходимой документации по охране труда. Организация своевременного внешнего и внутреннего обучения по охране труда, выявление потребностей в обучении и планирование обучения работников по вопросам охраны труда, оказанию первой помощи, условий труда. Обеспечение снижения уровней профессиональных рисков с учетом осуществления контроля за соблюдением требований охраны труда в Учреждении. Планирование и сопровождение мероприятий по проведению производственного контроля, оценки профессиональных рисков и специальной оценки условий труда. Планирование мероприятий по контролю за соблюдением требований охраны труда. Подготовка отчетов по направлению деятельности. Взаимодействие с контролирующими и надзорными органами; подготовка аналитических материалов, заключений и отчетов для руководства.

Образование и опыт: высшее образование, опыт работы специалистом по охране труда. Знание требований к порядку обучения по охране труда и проверки знания требований охраны труда. Знание трудового законодательства Российской Федерации и законодательства Российской Федерации в области охраны труда. Аналитический склад ума, внимательность к деталям. Навык работы с большими объемами информации. Высокая ответственность, коммуникабельность, умение выстраивать диалог. Нацеленность на результат, умение работать самостоятельно и в команде. Уверенный пользователь ПК (MS Office, Excel).
