Менеджер по продажам логистических услуг Логистический комплекс в г.п. Фёдоровское (Ленинградская область) ищет менеджера по продажам. Мы предоставляем услуги ответственного хранения, транспортного обслуживания и складской обработки. Ваша главная задача привлекать крупных клиентов на долгосрочное обслуживание. Что нужно делать Привлекать новый бизнес. Искать клиентов, которым нужны услуги 3PL, оценивать их потенциал и выстраивать долгосрочные отношения. Проводить переговоры. Выезжать на встречи к клиентам, проводить презентации, составлять коммерческие предложения и участвовать в тендерах. Выполнять план. Работать на достижение индивидуального плана продаж. Анализировать рынок. Изучать конкурентов и выявлять актуальные потребности клиентов. Вести отчетность. Фиксировать результаты работы в CRM. Локация. Комфортный логистический комплекс в г.п. Фёдоровское. Транспорт. Бесплатная корпоративная развозка от станций метро Купчино, а также из городов Павловск, Колпино и Тосно. Комфорт. На территории комплекса есть своя столовая и бесплатная парковка для сотрудников. Адаптация. Закрепляем наставника, который поможет быстро разобраться в процессах компании.

Наши ожидания Опыт в логистике. От 2 лет в продажах логистических или складских услуг. Знание рынка. Вы понимаете, как устроена складская и транспортная логистика (cross-docking, сборные грузы). Опыт в сфере ответственного хранения будет вашим преимуществом. Навыки переговоров. Умеете аргументировать позицию, презентовать услуги и работать с возражениями. Образование и аналитика. Высшее образование, умение анализировать данные и готовить презентации. Технические навыки. Уверенно владеете MS Office. Опыт работы в Bitrix и 1С желателен.
