Контрольи и исполнение технических решений на стадии разработки проектной документации строительных объектов. Участие в подготовке заданий (на проектирование, изыскания, обследование, строительство и пр.), специальных технических условий (СТУ) по находящимся в ведении направлениям работ. Участие в проверке правильности выполнения расчетов, подбора конструктивных схем и элементов зданий и сооружений. Осуществление проверки правильности применения материалов при разработке проектной документации. Участие в рассмотрении и приемке документации, полученной от подрядных организаций, по находящимся в ведении направлениям работ. Разработка предложений по выбору потенциальных подрядных организаций для проведения закупочных процедур на производство работ или поставку оборудования, материалов и пр. Осуществление контроля над ходом выполнения проектными организациями работ по находящимся в ведении направлениям работ. В т. ч. контролирует соблюдение графиков производства работ и соблюдение требований ТУ, заданий и иной нормативно-технической документации (технических регламентов, сводов правил, проектной и рабочей документации и пр.). Участие в решении вопросов о внесении изменений в проектную, рабочую и иную документацию по находящимся в ведении направлениям работ. Участие в подготовке документации по находящимся в его ведении направлениям работ для проведения закупочных процедур среди потенциальных подрядных организаций. Контроль обоснованности предъявляемых к оплате работ (услуг), обоснованность закупки тех или иных видов оборудования, изделий, материалов по находящимся в ведении направлениям работ. Участие в процессе сдачи объектов в эксплуатацию по находящимся в ведении направлениям работ. По находящимся в ведении направлениям работ участие в процессе контроля качества и объёмов выполняемых подрядными организациями работ, а также устранения ими недоделок и дефектов. Соблюдение требования правил охраны труда, техники безопасности, правила внутреннего трудового распорядка. Анализ и планирование загрузки и распределения задач между подчиненными. Постановка задач подчиненным. Планирование и обсуждение с подчиненными вопросов их развития. Контроль выполнения подчиненными правил охраны труда, техники безопасности, правила внутреннего трудового распорядка. Контроль соблюдения подчиненными локальных нормативных актов, действующих в Обществе.
