ГЛАВНЫЙ ИНЖЕНЕР СЛУЖБЫ ЭКСПЛУАТАЦИИ ДИВИЗИОНА (ТОРГОВЫЙ КОМПЛЕКС + ПРОДОВОЛЬСТВЕННЫЕ ГИПЕРМАРКЕТЫ): - организовать и контролировать эксплуатацию инженерных систем объектов: электроснабжение, вентиляция и кондиционирование, отопление, водоснабжение и канализация, лифтовое хозяйство, пожарная автоматика, торговое оборудование; - планировать и контролировать выполнение регламентных работ и планово-предупредительных ремонтов; - управлять подрядными организациями: ставить задачи, контролировать сроки и качество работ, принимать выполненные объёмы, подписывать акты; - вести техническую и исполнительную документацию, графики обслуживания; - формировать заявки на закупку запчастей и расходных материалов, формировать и контролировать бюджет эксплуатации и обоснованность затрат; - оперативно реагировать на аварийные ситуации, организовывать выезд аварийных бригад, фиксировать причины и последствия инцидентов; - обеспечивать соблюдение требований пожарной безопасности, охраны труда и норм эксплуатации, готовить объекты к проверкам надзорных органов.

- высшее техническое образование; - опыт работы на руководящей инженерной должности (главный инженер, заместитель главного инженера, начальник эксплуатационного отдела) от 3 лет на объектах коммерческой недвижимости, ТЦ, гипермаркетах или крупных административных зданиях; - уверенное знание инженерных систем зданий, принципов работы климатического, силового и противопожарного оборудования; - понимание нормативной базы (СП, ГОСТ, ПУЭ, ПБ, ПТЭЭП) и умение применять её на практике; - навыки управления подрядчиками и внутренними техническими службами, опыт постановки задач и контроля сроков; - готовность к оперативному реагированию на аварии и работе в условиях сжатых сроков.
