Разрабатывать планы, программы и процедуры управления персоналом. Ставить оперативные цели по вопросам управления персоналом. Формировать штатное расписание. Принимать участие в создании и описывать организационную структуру, цели, задачи, функции структурных подразделений и должностных лиц. Утверждать, контролировать и корректировать статьи расходов бюджетов и фондов на программы и мероприятия по управлению персоналом организации. Разрабатывать стандарты деятельности подразделения и унифицировать процессы. Разрабатывать нормы корпоративной культуры и социальной политики, систем мотивации, эффективности, оценки и развития персонала. Формировать системы оплаты и организации труда персонала. Разрабатывать системы организационного проектирования, планировать потребности в персонале организации. Разрабатывать корпоративные социальные программы. Организовывать и проводить мероприятия с персоналом в соответствии с корпоративной социальной политикой. Контролировать HR-бюджет. Проводить аудит и контроллинг системы управления персоналом. Разрабатывать проектные предложения и мероприятия по повышению эффективности работы персонала. Реализовывать мероприятия по обеспечению необходимого уровня кадровой безопасности. Участвовать в разработке программ, принципов стандартизации, унификации, автоматизации процессов управления персоналом и безопасных условий труда. Применять к работникам меры поощрения и дисциплинарного взыскания. Анализировать данные для кадровых комитетов и иных внутренних процедур компании, выносить на согласование и защищать подготовленную информацию. Участвовать в разработке и реализации стратегических мероприятий компании.

Знание всех направлений: отдел труда и заработной платы, кадровое делопроизводство, обучение и оценка персонала. Опыт работы с производственным персоналом. Уверенный пользователь ПК, свободное владение офисными программами Outlook, Word, Excel, pdf документами, системы электронного документооборота. Ответственность, обучаемость, стрессоустойчивость, умение работать в условиях многозадачности.
