The posting

1) Осуществляет контроль за соблюдением в отделе сельского хозяйства действующего экологического законодательства, инструкций стандартов и нормативов по охране окружающей среды. 2) Разрабатывает проекты перспективных и текущих планов по охране окружающей среды в Степновском муниципальном округе Ставропольского края, контролирует их выполнение. 3) Составляет установленную отчетность о выполнении мероприятий по охране окружающей среды. 4) Выполняет все письменные указания и задания Министерства природных ресурсов и охраны окружающей среды Ставропольского края. При заключении муниципальных контрактов при осуществлении закупок для нужд отдела сельского хозяйства обеспечивает всю необходимую работу по размещению информации в информационно-телекоммуникационной сети Интернет: 1) формирует и размещает отчет об объеме закупок у субъектов малого предпринимательства, социально ориентированных некоммерческих организаций; 2) выполняет работу по приемке товаров и услуг для нужд отдела сельского хозяйства, отвечает за ведение необходимой закупочной документации.

Ведущий специалист должен знать: Конституцию Российской Федерации; Устав (Основной Закон) Ставропольского края; основы законодательства Российской Федерации и Ставропольского края о местном самоуправлении и муниципальной службе; Устав Степновского муниципального округа Ставропольского края; Правовые акты, регламентирующие вопросы, соответствующие направлениям деятельности органа местного самоуправления, применительно к исполнению должностных обязанностей муниципального служащего; Федеральный закон от 05.04.2013 №44-ФЗ О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд; экологическое законодательство; нормативные и методические материалы по охране окружающей среды и рациональному использованию природных ресурсов.
