Организация и контроль работы ПТО на площадке строительства, распределение задач между специалистами отдела. Приём, проверка и анализ запросов от подрядных организаций: разъяснение требований проектной и рабочей документации, согласование технических решений в рамках компетенции. Проверка исполнительной документации подрядчиков, контроль соответствия объёмов в КС-2 фактически выполненным работам и предоставленной ИД. Подготовка и согласование технических заданий для подрядных организаций, включая обследования, испытания и прочие услуги с дальнейшим запуском и постоянным контролем в 1С. Контроль своевременного оформления и сдачи исполнительной документации, ведение реестров ИД по подрядчикам и своим линейным участкам (капитальное строительство и реконструкция в том числе). Участие в производственных совещаниях с заказчиком и подрядчиками, ведение деловой переписки, отработка замечаний. Инициирование претензионной работы при выявлении некачественного ведения ИД подрядными организациями. Подготовка отчётов и ведомостей по выполненным и дополнительным работам. Отслеживание и ведение перечня входящей рабочей документации со статусами (изменения, решения авторского надзора и т.д.). Контроль учета выполненных объемов работ в графиках производства работ совместно с плановиком. Контроль ежемесячных закрытий объемов работ собственными линейными участками. Контроль подачи заявок на материалы от собственных линейных участков согласно графику по всему маршруту до оплаты и поставки материала на строительную площадку в том числе в 1С. Контроль ведения данных от собственных линейных участков для подготовки ИД. Контроль ведения собственными линейными участками учета фактических трудозатрат (чел/ч) по выполненным работам с дальнейшим анализом. Ведение реестра договоров с подрядными организациями с постоянным контролем сроков выполнения работ.

Опыт работы в ПТО от 3 6 лет, в том числе на позициях с взаимодействием с подрядчиками. Знание КС-2, КС-3, М-29, порядка формирования и сдачи исполнительной документации. Уверенное владение AutoCAD, MS Office, базовые знания - 1С. Ключевые навыки: работа с подрядными организациями, проверка ИД, КС-2/КС-3, М-29, деловая переписка, претензионная работа. Высшее образовании, специализация - промышленное гражданское строительство
