1. Обеспечивает рациональную организацию труда среднего и младшего медицинского персонала. 2. Организует получение работниками подчиненных подразделений дополнительного профессионального образования (повышение квалификации, профессиональная переподготовка) в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации. 3. Утверждает графики работы медицинского персонала и осуществляет постоянный контроль за работой среднего и младшего медицинского персонала, путем систематических обходов отделений. 4. Контролирует соблюдение требований внутреннего трудового распорядка, техники безопасности, охраны труда, правил эксплуатации медицинского оборудования. 5. Своевременно подает заявки на приобретение моющих и дезинфицирующих средств и других средств и предметов ухода за получателями социальных услуг. 6. Оказывает содействие в отборе и оформлении документации на аттестацию среднего медицинского персонала для присвоения квалификационной категории. 7. Осуществляет постоянный контроль за: - санэпидрежимом и санитарным состоянием групп отделений, процедурных кабинетов, пищеблока, аптеки, дез. камеры, прачечной. - соблюдением графика проведения банных дней; - соблюдением правил получения пищи на пищеблоке и раздачи ее на отделениях, доведения рациона питания до получателей социальных услуг (проживающих в учреждении); - соблюдением распорядка дня на отделениях, организацией прогулок получателей социальных услуг (проживающих в учреждении); - соблюдением правил посещения родственников, правил приема передач; - культурой обслуживания получателей социальных услуг (проживающих в учреждении); - правильным ведением медицинской документации; -хранением и учетом расходования медикаментов; - организацией сопровождения и транспортировкой получателей социальных услуг (проживающих в учреждении) в лечебно профилактические учреждения. 8. Организует проведение профилактических прививок сотрудникам учреждения в соответствии с календарем прививок и эпидемическим показаниям. Организует флюорографическое обследование получателей социальных услуг(проживающих в учреждении) и сотрудников учреждения выездной флюоростанцией. 9. Организует проведение поверки средств измерения медицинского оборудования. Отвечает за сбор, хранение и своевременный вывоз медицинских отходов по учреждению

На должность главной медицинской сестры назначается лицо, имеющее высшее профессиональное образование по специальности Сестринское дело и сертификат специалиста по специальности Управление сестринской деятельностью, стаж работы по специальности не менее 5 лет. Или среднее профессиональное образование по специальности Сестринское дело, Акушерское дело, Лечебное дело и сертификат специалиста по специальности Организация сестринского дела . Стаж работы по профессиональной деятельности не менее 10 лет
