The posting

Руководство оперативным планированием и регулированием хода производства, обеспечивает выполнение производственной программы. Организация разработки и корректировки производственных и календарных планов, нормативов, графиков выпуска продукции. Контроль обеспечение производства технической документацией, материалами, оборудованием и инструментом. учёт хода производства, состояния незавершённого производства, норм заделов, рациональности использования ресурсов. Координация работы цехов, складов, диспетчерских и смежных служб, устраняет узкие места и срывы сроков. Инициирует и внедряет мероприятия по совершенствованию планирования, учёта, механизации и цифровизации процессов.

Образование. требуется высшее техническое (инженерно‑строительное, технологическое и т. п.) образование. В некоторых случаях допустимо инженерно‑экономическое. Опыт работы. стаж на инженерно‑технических или руководящих должностях от 3 до 5 лет, нередко опыт именно в ПТО либо в смежных технических службах. Знание нормативной базы. Обязательны знания профильных СНиП, СП, ГОСТ, технических регламентов, правил охраны труда и промышленной безопасности, а также отраслевых методических документов. Навыки работы с документацией. Уверенное владение проектно‑сметной, исполнительной и организационно‑технологической документацией (ППР, ТК и пр.). Владение ПО. Опыт работы в AutoCAD, Revit, 1С, системах электронного документооборота, программах для смет и календарного планирования. Управленческие компетенции. Навыки координации подразделений, постановки задач, контроля сроков и качества, работы с подрядчиками и субподрядчиками.
