Начальник производственно-технического отдела в ходе организации работы по управлению жилищным фондом на уровне местного самоуправления выполняет следующие должностные обязанности: Обоснование выбора способа оказания услуг и выполнения работ по содержанию и ремонту общего имущества в многоквартирном доме. Определение исполнителей (подрядчиков) работ и услуг. Осуществление мероприятий для заключения договоров с региональным оператором по сбору, транспортировке, хранению и утилизации твердых бытовых отходов, а также специализированными организациями по дератизации, дезинсекции. Материально-техническое обеспечение выполнения плановых заданий. Проведение плановых и внеплановых осмотров общего имущества в многоквартирном доме. Подготовка предложений для собственников по планам содержания и текущего ремонта элементов благоустройства и территории, входящих в состав общего имущества собственников помещений в многоквартирном доме. Подготовка предложений для собственников по вопросам благоустройства и содержания зеленых насаждений. Подготовка отчетов по выполнению плановых заданий. Проверка выполнения мероприятий по санитарному содержанию, летней и зимней уборке территории, озеленению. Подготовка материальной базы организации для проведения зимней и летней уборки. Плановый и внеплановый осмотр общего имущества в многоквартирном доме. Подготовка предложений для собственников по планам содержания и текущего ремонта инженерных систем, входящих в состав общего имущества в многоквартирном доме. Подготовка предложений для собственников по вопросам энергосбережения, применения новых материалов, современного оборудования при организации ремонтных работ. Проверка выполнения мероприятий по содержанию и текущему ремонту многоквартирных домов. Подготовка инженерных систем многоквартирных домов к сезонной эксплуатации. Разработка заданий для исполнителей услуг и работ по содержанию и ремонту общего имущества в многоквартирном доме. Подготовка плановых и внеплановых осмотров общего имущества в многоквартирном доме. В случае служебной необходимости начальник производственно-технического отдела может привлекаться к выполнению своих должностных обязанностей сверхурочно, в порядке, предусмотренном положениями федерального законодательства о труде.

Ответственный работник с соответстующим образованием, опыт работы приветствуется.
