Оформлять в соответствии с порядками и направлять в министерство документы по предоставлению из дорожного фонда Пермского края субсидий бюджету муниципального образования Пермского края на софинансирование мероприятий по проектированию и строительству (реконструкции), капитальному ремонту и ремонту автомобильных дорог и сооружений на них. Готовить техническую и иную документацию для заключения и реализации муниципальных контрактов связанную с дорожной деятельностью (технические задания, ведомости и пр.) Осуществлять контроль за строительством (реконструкцией), капитальным ремонтом и ремонтом автомобильных дорог, контролировать своевременное устранение подрядными организациями выявленных недостатков. Организовывать работу по контролю качества выполняемых работ и используемых материалов при производстве работ (лабораторные испытания, экспертизы). Контролировать исполнение муниципальных контрактов по содержанию автомобильных дорог и сооружений на них, своевременно пресекать нарушения в рамках действующих муниципальных контрактов по содержанию автомобильных дорог, организовывать плановые и внеплановые проверки уровня содержания автомобильных дорог, принимать меры воздействия за выявленные нарушения. Обеспечивать объекты строительства (реконструкции), капитального ремонта и ремонта автомобильных дорог необходимой документацией для производства работ. Участвовать в работе комиссий, связанных с дорожной деятельностью в том числе по приемке выполненных работ. Участвовать в обеспечении безопасности дорожного движения в отношении автомобильных дорог местного значения. одготавливать к утверждению перечень автомобильных дорог местного значения и сооружений на них, в случае необходимости изменений в него. Разрабатывать планы ремонта автомобильных дорог местного значения. Участвовать в расчете нормативов финансовых затрат на капитальный ремонт, ремонт и содержание автомобильных дорог местного значения и правил расчета размера ассигнований бюджета по данному направлению. формлять и направлять информацию, отчетность и статистические данные о дорожной деятельности по запросам министерств и ведомств в установленные законодательством и иными нормативными актами сроки. заполнять сведения, оформлять документы о дорожной деятельности в электронных системах, утвержденных на уровне Уинского муниципального округа, Пермского края и/или Российской Федерации. Согласовывать в электронной системе движение крупногабаритного и (или) тяжеловесного транспорта по автомобильным дорогам местного значения.

Владеть навыками работы с ПК и специальными программами. Знать законодательство, иные НПА, постановления и порядки, регулирующие дорожную деятельность.
