Первичная диагностика и решение типовых задач. На этом этапе специалист определяет, можно ли решить вопрос самостоятельно (например, сбросить пароль, переустановить драйвер или подсказать, как выполнить простую операцию). Если вопрос сложный или выходит за рамки компетенции, он передаёт его на следующий уровень поддержки. Устранение технических неисправностей. Специалист диагностирует проблемы с оборудованием (жёсткие диски, периферия), сетевыми подключениями или программным обеспечением. В сложных случаях он может использовать инструменты удалённого доступа, чтобы самостоятельно провести диагностику или ремонт. Установка и настройка. В ряде случаев в обязанности входит установка и базовая настройка программного обеспечения, рабочих станций или корпоративных систем (например, почтовых сервисов, CRM). Документирование. Каждое обращение фиксируется: в тикет-системе записывают время, суть проблемы, применённое решение и результат. Накопленная база знаний помогает другим сотрудникам и новым специалистам быстро находить ответы.
