The posting

Подготовить операционную. Проверить исправность оборудования (операционный стол, осветительные приборы, отсасывающая аппаратура), убедиться в наличии необходимых расходных материалов и медицинских изделий. Подготовить участников и материалы. Комплектовать наборы инструментов, шовного и перевязочного материала, дренажей. Проверить целостность упаковок и индикаторы стерилизации. Контролировать транспортировку и позиционирование пациента. Следить за своевременной доставкой пациента в операционную и за тем, как его уложили на стол с учётом вида вмешательства. Подготовить пациента. Провести хирургическую обработку рук, помочь изолировать операционное поле стерильным бельём.

Образование. Нужно среднее профессиональное образование (СПО) по одной из специальностей: Сестринское дело, Лечебное дело или Акушерское дело . Если базовое образование Лечебное дело или Акушерское дело, дополнительно потребуется программа профессиональной переподготовки по специальности Операционное дело . Допуск к работе. После переподготовки нужно пройти первичную специализированную аккредитацию по специальности Операционное дело . В дальнейшем каждые 5 лет требуется периодическая аккредитация . Для неё за цикл нужно набрать 144 часа непрерывного медицинского образования (НМО), из них не менее 72 часов образовательные мероприятия (их фиксируют в личном кабинете на портале edu.rosminzdrav.ru).
