Руководить работой производственного участка; Осуществлять контроль за исполнением работниками ПУ своих должностных обязанностей; Организовывать количественный учёт объектов ТХ, ВКХ, тепловых сетей, сетей горячего и холодного водоснабжения, сетей водоотведения и технологических паропроводов, объектов КЖФ, находящихся в эксплуатации ПУ ЖКС; Организовывать сбор и анализ информации по организации и своевременному проведению технического обслуживания оборудования объектов ТХ, ВКХ, тепловых сетей, сетей водоснабжения/водоотведения, объектов КЖФ; Организовывать сбор и анализ информации по технической паспортизации объектов ТХ, ВКХ, КЖФ; Организовывать работу по подготовке технических условий на подключение к тепловым сетям, сетям водоснабжения/водоотведения, переданным в эксплуатацию; Организовывать сбор и анализ информации по подписанию актов и паспортов готовности объектов ТХ, ВКХ, объектов КЖФ, относящихся к зоне эксплуатационной ответственности ПУ ЖКС к зимнему периоду эксплуатации; Организовывать работу ПУ по определению потребности, организации и контролю проведения ремонта, замены и поверки приборов учета энергоресурсов, по учету, хранению и обработки данных о потреблении энергоресурсов в автоматизированном режиме.

Начальник производственного участка должен знать: - организационно-распорядительные документы, нормативные и методические материалы, касающиеся производственно-хозяйственной деятельности участка; - перспективы технического развития предприятия и участка; - технические требования, предъявляемые к продукции участка, технологию ее производства; - оборудование участка и правила его технической эксплуатации; - порядок и методы технико-экономического и текущего производственного планирования; - формы и методы производственно-хозяйственной деятельности участка; - действующие положения по оплате труда и формы материального стимулирования; - основы экономики, организации труда, производства и управления; - основы трудового законодательства; - правила и нормы охраны труда.
