Учет личного состава учреждения, его структурных подразделений, в соответствии с унифицированными формами первичной учетной документации. Оформление движения работников (приём, перевод, увольнение, замещение, расширение зоны обслуживания) в соответствии с требованиями трудового законодательства Российской Федерации. Формирование и ведение личных дел, личных карточек ф. Т-2. Оформление приказов по личному составу и предоставлению отпусков, приказов по материальному стимулированию, ведение соответствующих журналов регистрации приказов. Учёт предоставления отпусков, осуществление контроля за составлением и соблюдением графиков отпусков. Проверка табелей учета рабочего времени и иных установленных документов для начисления заработной платы. Оформление трудовых договоров и соглашений к ним. Оформление, хранение и учет трудовых книжек. Анализ движения кадров, комплектация учреждения кадрами необходимых специальностей, ведение банка кандидатов на трудоустройство. Своевременная сдача необходимой ежемесячной и ежеквартальной отчетности (ЦЗН, УСЗН, Росстат, ВУС, МТСР). Формирование документов в соответствии с номенклатурой дел, подготовка к передаче и передача на архивное хранение

Высшее образование - магистратура. Или: высшее образование (непрофильное) - магистратура и дополнительное профессиональное образование - программы профессиональной переподготовки в области управления персоналом или экономики труда или менеджмента. Не менее пяти лет в области управления персоналом
