Обеспечение функционирования системы управления охраной труда: разработка, согласование и актуализация локальных нормативных актов. Организация и координация работ по охране труда в структурных подразделениях; контроль соблюдения требований охраны труда и режимов труда и отдыха. Планирование и проведение производственного контроля и специальной оценки условий труда; организация комиссии по СОУТ. Организация подготовки и проведения обучения, инструктажей и проверки знаний по охране труда; разработка методических материалов. Сбор, систематизация и передача информации по условиям и охране труда в органы государственного надзора и внутренние службы; работа с цифровыми платформами и электронным документооборотом. Оценка профессиональных рисков, подготовка и координация мероприятий по их снижению; подготовка планов и предложений по улучшению условий труда. Контроль обеспечения работников средствами индивидуальной и коллективной защиты; контроль медицинских осмотров и организации первой помощи. Организация расследования и учет несчастных случаев на производстве и профессиональных заболеваний; подготовка материалов и взаимодействие с надзорными органами. Подготовка статистической и иной отчетности по охране труда; участие в бюджетировании мероприятий по охране труда.

Опыт работы в области охраны труда не менее 3 лет (при среднем проф. образовании) или соответствующий опыт для уровня вакансии. Знание трудового и нормативного правового регулирования в области охраны труда, требований ГОСТ/СОУТ, правил по охране труда, охраны труда при эксплуатации оборудования и санитарных норм. Умение разрабатывать локальные нормативные акты, программировать мероприятия по охране труда, формировать отчетность и работать с электронными системами и базами данных. Навыки организации обучения, проведения инструктажей, расследования несчастных случаев и подготовки материалов для контроля и надзора. Уверенный пользователь ПК, опыт работы с электронным документооборотом и цифровыми платформами по охране труда. Ответственность, коммуникабельность, организаторские способности. Обязательные требования к допуску Прохождение обучения и проверки знаний требований охраны труда не реже одного раза в три года. Готовность работать с электронным адресом организации и служебными цифровыми ресурсами.
