Разработка и организация СУОТ: разработка положений, распределение обязанностей и ответственности должностных лиц. Ведение документооборота и отчетности: приказы, инструкции по охране труда, программы обучения, протоколы проверки знаний, журналы регистрации инструктажей. Проведение Специальной оценки условий труда (СОУТ) и оценки профрисков (ОПР): карты СОУТ, отчеты об оценке рисков, ознакомление работников. Организация медицинских осмотров: списки контингентов, направления, заключительные акты по итогам периодических/предварительных медосмотров. Проведение обучения и проверка знаний: соблюдение порядка обучения по Постановлению Правительства РФ № 2464, наличие комиссии по проверке знаний. Обеспечение СИЗ: нормы выдачи СИЗ, личные карточки учета выдачи СИЗ, сертификаты/декларации соответствия на СИЗ. Организация производственного контроля и расследование несчастных случаев: материалы расследования микроповреждений (микротравм) и несчастных случаев (при наличии).

знание трудового законодательства и нормативных правовых актов в области охраны труда (включая требования промышленной, пожарной, экологической безопасности, санитарно-эпидемиологические нормы); понимание принципов построения и функционирования системы управления охраной труда (СУОТ), методик оценки профессиональных рисков; умение разрабатывать локальные нормативные акты (инструкции, положения, стандарты) по охране труда; навыки работы с системами электронного документооборота (ЭДО), специализированными программными продуктами для анализа данных, оформления отчётов; способность выявлять опасности на рабочих местах, оценивать уровень рисков и предлагать меры по их снижению; умение консультировать работников и ответственных лиц по вопросам безопасности, организовывать обучение (в том числе по применению СИЗ, оказанию первой помощи); навыки ведения документации, контроля за соблюдением требований охраны труда, режимов труда и отдыха.
