The posting

Подготовка к работе. Перед сменой оператор проверяет исправность оборудования, контрольно-измерительных приборов (КИП), систем вентиляции, освещения и средств защиты. Запуск и вывод на режим. Специалист запускает установку и последовательно выводит её на заданные технологические параметры. Контроль процесса. В ходе работы оператор следит за процессом: по приборам и визуально контролирует температуру теплоносителя, давление в системе, влажность и температуру продукта. Регулирование параметров. Чтобы получить качественный результат, оператор меняет настройки: регулирует подачу сырья, температуру, расход теплоносителя, равномерность распределения материала в камере. Техническое обслуживание. Ежесменно оператор проводит внешний осмотр, очищает оборудование от продукта и пыли, смазывает трущиеся части. Устранение неполадок. В рамках своей компетенции оператор выявляет и устраняет мелкие неисправности, а при серьёзных сбоях, угрожающих безопасности или качеству, немедленно останавливает установку и сообщает руководителю. Также он может участвовать в плановых ремонтах. Аварийные ситуации. Оператор обязан прекратить работу при нештатных ситуациях (нарушение энергоснабжения, авария с выбросом веществ, пожар) и участвовать в локализации и устранении последствий вместе с ремонтным персоналом. Остановка оборудования. По регламенту оператор выполняет все необходимые операции при остановке: продувку, охлаждение, очистку. Поддержание порядка. Оператор содержит в чистоте рабочее место, инструмент, приспособления и средства защиты. Соблюдение норм безопасности. Ключевая часть работы строгое следование инструкциям по охране труда, промышленной и пожарной безопасности. Оператор должен правильно применять средства индивидуальной защиты и немедленно сообщать руководителю о любых угрозах жизни и здоровью людей.

Подготавливать рабочую зону в соответствии со стандартами, санитарными нормами, требованиями охраны труда, пожарной и электробезопасности. Проверять исправность сушильного оборудования и инструментов. Осуществлять запуск и остановку установок, в том числе аварийную. Осуществлять загрузку сушильных камер материалами. Использовать приборы и средства контроля процесса сушки. Регулировать параметры режима сушки (температуру, влажность сушильного агента) в зависимости от влажности материала. Определять влажность материала на разных этапах сушки. Выявлять и устранять незначительные неисправности в рамках компетенции. Оценивать безопасность организации рабочего места. Организовывать рабочее место в соответствии с принципами рационализации и бережливого производства.
