Осуществлять работу по совершенствованию организации труда, форм и систем заработной платы, материального стимулирования. Рассчитывать фонд заработной платы и численность персонала.Осуществлять контроль за соблюдением штатной дисциплины, расходованием фонда заработной платы за правильностью установления наименований профессий и должностей, должностных окладов, доплат, надбавок к заработной плате.Проводить анализ фонда оплаты труда за прошедший период по категориям персонала.Вести учёт показателей по труду и заработной плате, анализировать их и составлять установленную отчётность.Осуществлять установление должностных окладов, составление тарификационных списков работников.Составлять штатное расписание и расчеты к нему в соответствии с утверждённой структурой учреждений, схемами должностных окладов, фондами заработной платы и действующими нормативами, вносить в них изменения, обусловленные появлением новых видов деятельности (должностей).Определять затраты, необходимые для расчёта платных услуг. Производить расчет стоимости медицинских услуг.Предоставлять ежемесячную, квартальную, годовую отчётность по труду в установленные сроки.
